How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on the product, your parcel as a rule of thumb may take up to 30 days to arrive for most international orders. Our warehouses are predominantly based in China* and USA**, and any national holidays in these parts of the world will impact and extend delivery schedules worldwide.

*CHINA: Chinese New Year (February 11-17), Qingming Festival (April 3-5), May Day (May 1-3), Dragon Boat Festival (June 12-14), Mid-Autumn Festival September 9-21) National Day (October 1-7).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?

No, it is not necessary to have a paypal account to make your payment.

Why do I get redirected to the Paypal website to make payment?

After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.
With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.
Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

What qualifies for a refund?

We offer refunds for damaged or defective goods.

Should you require a refund based on the above, please drop us an email at support@needtobuythisnow.com with an attached image of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of receiving your product together with your order number, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
